1. License and exact domain
We find the operator in PAGCOR's published licensee lists and record the exact registered domains. A brand name alone isn't enough — the domain has to be listed too.
2. Sign-up and ID verification
We open an account, complete KYC, and note what documents are requested and how long approval takes.
3. Cashier test
We deposit through the official cashier with GCash or Maya and request a withdrawal. We report the actual time it took — and if we haven't tested a brand yet, we say so instead of guessing.
4. Responsible gaming tools
We check for deposit limits, cool-off, self-exclusion, age checks and a visible helpline.
5. Regular re-checks
PAGCOR updates its lists. We re-check our data against the latest files and show the "as of" date next to every list.
